James Milton DeLoach was born in Bulloch County, GA on 5 Jun 1855, the son of John Calvin DeLoach, Jr and Sarah Zetterower. He married Hannah Cordelia Waters on 28 Feb 1884 in Bulloch County. James died in Bulloch County on 15 Oct 1905. Hannah was born in Jun 1866 in Bulloch County, and was the daughter of Robert Randolph Waters and Jeanette Hagin. Following the death of her husband James, she married Charles R Robins. Hannah died on 22 Mar 1923 in Chatham County, GA. James and Hannah had the following children (all born in Bulloch County: David Arnold DeLoach was born 17 Feb 1885. Amanda M. DeLoach was born Feb 1887. Ardelia Matilda "Mattie" DeLoach was born 5 Feb 1889. Margaret "Maggie" DeLoach was born in Feb 1891. Era DeLoach (female) was born in Mar 1896. Sarah was born in Dec 1895. Fitzhugh was born in Dec 1898.
