Henry Harden Bible
This information was taken from the Henry Harden Bible
Chester County, South Carolina. Their 2nd child Joseph D.
Harden died @1837 in Laurens County, Georgia.
The D. stands for Davis he was named after his mother's
side of the family. After Joseph Davis Harden died
@1837. His widow Fannie Smith married a Jeremiah
Snellgrove. I have been told by other members of the
Harden family Joseph was probably buried in the Wolfe
Cemetery. His grave is unmarked. Snelgrove descendants
are buried at Rock Spring Baptist Church Cemetery along
with their cousins the HARDENS.
