These photos and others are in the process of being digitized from the original negatives. These images will be placed on CD's and housed at the Amite Museum. The CD's will supply a historical record and give the museum the opportunity to have the pictures identified. They will not be selling the CD's but the CD's will be made available simply for historical and genealogical purposes at the museum. However, if someone wishes to have a high resolution copy made, for their own use, then they should contact Robert Vernon, at vernonrd@cox.net. Please also contact Robert if you can identify any of the people in the photos if they aren't identified. In either case, please include the negative #, which is either on the photo or included in the text below.
