Information on Washington County:

Washington county was created in 1849.  Stillwater is the county seat.  The cities and towns include: Afton, Bayport, Birchwood, Cottage Grove, Dellwood, Forest Lake, Grant, Hugo, Lake Elmo, Lake St. Croix Beach, Lakeland, Landfall, Langdon, Mahtomedi, Marine On St. Croix, Newport, Oak Park Heights, Oakdale, St. Paul Park, Stillwater, Valley Creek, White Bear Lake, Willernie, Withrow and Woodbury.
