Abreu May 12, 1916 - June 27, 2004 Theodore A. Abreu, 88, passed away on June 27, 2004 at a Stockton skilled nursing care center. He was on May 12, 1916 born in Sebastopol, CA and was a Stockton resident for 34 years. Mr. Abreu was a Chief Aviation Machinist and served in the U.S. Navy for 30 years, attaining the rank of Chief Petty Officer. He was an amateur boxer and held several titles including the coveted Golden Gloves Heavy Weight Award. He was veteran of three wars and traveled around the world. He is survived by 3 children: Linda Jordan of Napa, Theodore A. Abreu of Stockton and Michael W. Abreu of Louisiana; several grandchildren, including PFC Mathew Abreu (US Army), Lexie and Casie Abreu; and other relatives and friends. Friends are invited to attend visitations from 2 PM to 6 PM on Tuesday, July 6th, 2004 at Frisbie-Warren & Carroll Mortuary, 809 N. California Street in Stockton; Celebration of Life Service at 11 AM on Wed., July 7th at the Mortuary, followed by committal and interment at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery in Gustine, CA.
