He was born February 8, 1913 in Texas. Loyal retired from the Port of Stockton as a Shop Foreman and Mechanic. He was a member of the Woodbridge Masonic Lodge #151 F&AM, 32 degree Mason, Stockton Scottish Rite, Ben Ali Shrine, Past Commander and District Commander Lodi Chapter #59 Disabled American Veterans, Past Noble Grand Odd Fellows, WWII U.S. Navy Veteran. Preceded in death by his first wife Katherine "Kay" Hall, his second wife Gertrude "Trudy" Hall and his son Richard Hall. Survived by his wife Ruth Schaupp- Hall; son, Loyal Hall, Jr., daughter-in-law, Sally Hall and daughter-in-law, Janis Hall all of Stockton; grandchildren, Rachel Hall of Stockton, Cathy Hall-Legaz of Madrid, Spain and Karen Watkins of Sacramento; great-grandchildren, Shannon Hall, Sara Hall, Tuesday Watkins, Summer Watkins, Natalia Legaz and Sofia Legaz. A Graveside Service will be held Wednesday, July 28, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. at Cherokee Memorial Park, Lodi, CA.
