He passed away at home on Saturday, June 26, 2004 from pulmonary fibrosis. He lived many many years in Redding, CA where he raised his children. He was a self employed truck driver and worked many jobs in CA and Colorado. He married his wife, Wannavee in 1973 in Sacramento, CA. After their marriage, he came into the Real Estate business with her and owned and operated Home Finders Rentals and Real Estate. They had several offices in the Valley and retired in 1985 and moved to Stockton where he worked for Panella Trucking and Arrow Truck sales until his illness set in. He was District Hearing Chairman of Northern CA for the San Juan Lions Club. He helped raise funds for the hearing impaired and helped a young man from Ethiopia, who had just lost his hearing come to the U.S. for surgery where Dick and Wanna- vee cared for him and learned a lot about his country and their way of life and also taught this young man what the U.S. had to offer. He was a member of the River of Life Church in Stockton. He had a passion for working on trucks with his nephew Rob. Dick loved to fish in Mexico and hunt in Idaho with his son. He loved to travel in his motor home and enjoyed listening to his friends play music. He is preceded in death by his mother and stepfather, Frank and Anita Davidson and stepsons, Ronnie and Gary Caudel. He leaves behind his loving family. Beloved husband of 31 years to Wannavee Done of Stockton. Father of Larry D. Done of Cour de' Alene, ID, Sharon Wick and husband, Leroy of Cour de' Alene, ID; Diane A. Hayes and husband Geary of Redding, CA, Candace Y. Cormay and husband Kirk of Nipomo, CA, Richard L. Done and wife, Sylvia of Sacramento, Debbie L. Shoemaker and husband Gary of Stockton, CA, NM and Richard Foo of Atlanta, GA. Brother of Gloria Jean Youngblood of Stockton, grandfather of 18, and 18 great-grandchildren. Uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, July 1, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at Grace Assembly of God, 3040 East Fremont Street, Stockton, CA. No visitation.
