ADDISON TOWNSHIP AUGUSTINE BURIAL GROUND 2 TOPO# 19 LOCATION/ADDRESS: David Fazenbaker, Addison, PA DIRECTIONS: In Addison, turn onto Old Tannery Lane, go to end. Cemetery in woods behind house and barn approximately 120 yds, at end of fence line and pine trees. Two gravestones discernable. One is the grave of the original founder of Addison, Peter Augustine.
