COL. FRANK D. PULLEN

Was born in Oakland, Me., April 5, 1843, where he resided until 1861. He enlisted in Company G, Third maine, Gen. Howard's regiment, Army of the Potomac, and served throughout the war. At the close of the rebellion he returned to Maine and located in Bangor, where he has since been engaged in the clothing business. He was a charter member of B. H. Beale Post of Bangor, and has taken an active interest in Grand Army affairs. He was commissary general on Gov. Plaisted's staff in 1880-81, and colonel and chief of staff in 1882-83-84-85 under Gov. Robie's administration.
