| Councilor from the First District, is a resident of Limington, the town in which he was born. He was educated in the common schools and at Limington Academy. He has held the various town offices and was a member of the State Legislature in 1872. From 1873 to 1882, Mr. Brackett was county commissioner. He has been quite extensively engaged in farming, and in the buying and selling of cattle. His practical business knowledge and sound judgement will make him a most efficient member of the Council. | |
